Questions
Do I need to download an app?
No. OrderLokal runs in your phone's browser. Add it to your Home Screen to open it quickly and get order alerts.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay straight to your DuitNow, and you confirm the payment on your order board before you start cooking. We never hold your sales.
Who delivers?
Your own rider for nearby orders, or our delivery partner's riders for further out. You set the maximum distance in Settings.
What does it cost?
Free to open and free for pickup orders. RM1 per delivery, from credit you top up by DuitNow.
When can my shop start taking orders?
Finish your menu, pickup location and DuitNow QR. We check every new shop before customers can see it.
