Customer terms
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms apply when you order from a shop on OrderLokal. OrderLokal is run by One Mass Enterprise (SSM 003736126-H) (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them with our refund & failed-delivery policy and privacy policy.
1. Who you buy from
Each shop on OrderLokal is an independent seller. You buy your food from the seller, not from us: the seller prepares it, sets the prices, takes your payment and is responsible for your order. We provide the ordering page and the order tools.
2. Placing an order
- You don’t need an account. Give your real name and a Malaysian mobile number the seller can reach.
- For delivery, set the pin on your exact location and add your unit and any note for the rider.
- The seller may accept or reject your order. Your order page shows where it stands and updates by itself. Keep its link to check on your order later.
- Opening hours, prices and what’s available are up to the seller and may change.
3. Prices and payment
Checkout shows your total before you order: the food, any tax the seller charges, and for delivery orders the delivery fee and a RM1 service fee. You pay the seller directly — by their DuitNow QR, or for some pickup orders when you collect. We never receive your money.
If an order asks you to pay first, pay the exact amount shown, add the order number as the reference, and tap I’ve paid. An order that isn’t paid, and where you haven’t tapped “I’ve paid”, is cancelled after 30 minutes. The seller starts your order once they see your payment.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is local: either the seller’s own rider or a rider from a delivery partner the seller uses. The delivery fee depends on the distance.
- Delivery times are estimates. Keep your phone on so the rider can reach you.
- The rider receives your name, phone number, address and rider note, only to deliver your order.
- If a delivery can’t be completed because you couldn’t be reached or the address was wrong, the delivery fee isn’t refunded. See the refund & failed-delivery policy.
5. Cancellations and refunds
If the seller rejects or cancels an order you’ve paid for, the seller refunds you directly. For any problem with your food, contact the seller first using the chat button on your order page. Our refund & failed-delivery policy has the details, and how we can help if a seller doesn’t respond.
6. The food
The seller is responsible for the food, its ingredients and any halal claim. If you have an allergy or dietary need, ask the seller before you order.
7. Fair use
Don’t place fake or prank orders, use someone else’s number, or try to disrupt the service. We limit how many unpaid orders one number can have open, and we may block numbers used to abuse shops.
8. Our responsibility
We work to keep OrderLokal running but can’t promise it is always available. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for the seller’s food or service. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other Malaysian law.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If the English and Bahasa Melayu versions differ, the English version applies. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
